I offer private therapy sessions with individuals or established relationship groups. These sessions are 50 minutes as standard, but this can be negotiated based on your individual needs and requirements.
I generally work with clients who fall into the category of gender, sexuality or relationship diverse (GSRD), whether that means someone is kinky, polyamorous, a sex worker, or queer (or a combination!). I offer a non-judgemental and supportive space for people regardless of what they bring into our sessions.
I work in an integrative way. This means I pull from a variety of different therapeutic models, including humanistic, person-centred and existential. These terms might not mean a lot to you unless you are a therapist, but it basically means I will adapt the way I work to best suit you and your goals.
I work both short-term and long-term with clients based on your goals and needs.

Hi, I’m Rachelle (she/her).
I am a relationship therapist with a Master of Counselling from the University of Queensland. I have previously worked with both adolescents and adults, but currently focus on supporting individuals (aged 18+), couples, polycules and families.
Many of the people I work with come to relationship counselling with no previous experience in therapy, and have nerves about what it will be like. I intend to follow a pace that you are comfortable with, and aim to foster a space of safety in our work together. I approach the work we will do from an attachment framework, and draw from approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centred Therapy. I strive to support clients in tapping into their own authenticity, and explore what is valuable to them.
My work is inclusive of all relationship styles (polyamory, non-monogamy, monogamish), is LGBTQIA+ welcoming, kirk affirming and sex worker allied.

You deserve to work with someone who is accepting and treats you with respect. I will never judge you or expect you to make changes that don’t fit with who you are as a person. I know it’s difficult to find someone who is truly supportive. I trust that you know what’s right for you.
My goal is to be supportive and help you to live the life you want as the best version of yourself. I provide a safe space for you to explore and heal. You have the right to choose the kind of relationships that you want to be in and to be supported in developing them.
I have an online, teletherapy only practice and see Couples, Individuals, Young Adults, Teens & Families throughout California. I offer a free online consultation to answer questions and check for a good fit. My specialties are relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, grief, addictions, parenting, self-esteem, nutrition for mental health and therapy for therapists.

After working 7 years at community mental health centers I opened my private practice in 1988. I provide therapy for individuals and couples/partnerships. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, particularly male survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I also specialize in working with the LGBTQ community. Furthermore, I specialize in working with individuals and couples/partnerships who are poly and/or have a kink lifestyle. I am pro-sex, kink friendly and poly friendly.
My fee is $150 per session. I am an out-of-network provider and will send invoices to clients insurance; most clients get reimbursed a certain percentage of the fee once their deductible is met. I negotiate my fee with some low-income clients. I offer a free initial consultation so that the clients and I can meet to see if we are a match.
I love my work and working with the populations I work with.

I have a passion for working with people from alternative and historically marginalized backgrounds and experiences, including, but not limited to, gender and sexual minorities, and atheists, agnostics, or people with otherwise non-conforming spiritual, religious, or magick practices. I most often work with people who are feeling that they don’t fit in, concerned with how others perceive them, heartbroken or grief-stricken, uncomfortable with the gender they were assigned at birth and seeking out transition, fear of being watched or followed, or uncertain they are on the right track.
As your therapist, I will collaborate with you to find the tools and skills that best suit you and your needs.
I welcome your weirdness.
