Hello, I’m Kaila. Struggling with our body image has sadly become the norm, but are you ready to pursue liberation from negative body image and increase satisfaction in your relationships with others as well as yourself?

My career has been dedicated to helping individuals make peace with their bodies in order to put their energy where it matters most. You can expect our work together to include a validating and tailored treatment plan backed by evidence-based interventions. Collaboratively, we will strengthen the connection with yourself and your relationships to foster your personal growth beyond body image.

I have worked in all levels of care (from inpatient to outpatient) with life-threatening eating disorders as well as couples, partner, and family therapy for the past ten years. I have also refined my expertise by earning my certification as an eating disorder therapist and supervisor through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. As an LGBTQ+ clinician, I am passionate about creating a safe and compassionate space for all of my clients to find healing.

I specialize in working with multicultural and diversity issues, OCD, intimate and romantic relationships, eating disorders, sex and intimacy issues, anxiety, children’s and adolescent mental and behavioral health, depression, family relationships, gender identity, and LGBTQIA+ support. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, ensuring that each session is a step towards your personal growth and well-being.
