My practice serves adults and teens in NC and throughout the state of NC over telehealth during Covid-19. I lead with values of intersectional feminism, sex-positivity, and trauma-informed care. Although I could list off several modalities that I use in practice (like compassionate-focused therapy, ACT, etc), I am far more interested in developing rapport with clients than I am pushing any kind of specific agenda or therapeutic model. My approach is non pathologizing and I encourage others to remain curious about the diversity of human experience.
The practice is currently working towards accepting BCBS and Aetna.
