My therapy practice provides a place of safety and acceptance in which to discover and share your authentic self. I focus on therapy for adult individuals in relationships of all configurations. My practice is inclusive of LGBTQIA individuals, poly/open relationships, is kink friendly and sex positive. While I see clients for a variety of issues they are facing, some specific areas I work with frequently are life/career/relationship transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, spirituality, sexuality, and self esteem.
I offer a free phone consultation to all potential clients, accept a number of major commercial insurance plans and self pay.
