I am a warm and direct psychotherapist with lots of experience with poly, kink, queer, LGBT, gender, and relationship issues. I see individuals and constellations from about 17yo and up.

I work with clients with all kinds of life and relationship challenges. Every client and every session is different, but I tend to incorporate CBT theory, mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, Collaborative Couples Therapy, communication skills training, intimacy building, and self-care.
