Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. Completed graduate internship at The Montrose Center which is an LGBT community center in Houston, TX. Member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and also of the International Counseling Honor Society Chi Sigma Iota (CSI).
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Reality Therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and have worked with clients with trauma. I primarily work with adults, but can work with adolescents as well. I help those suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and personality disorders among other things.
I do not currently take insurance and my fee is $75 per 50 minute session for individuals. Fees for Couples/Polycules vary.
