I am the founder of VNC Therapy New York, a private group psychotherapy and coaching practice founded to affirm and empower historically marginalized communities; placing emphasis on fostering healing spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and all humans seeking a sex-positive, ENM competent, culturally-rooted, and kink-informed approach to therapy. With over 9 years of counseling experience, my approaches are neurodivergence and kink affirming, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, integrative, and collaborative. Some modalities used include narrative relational sex therapy, internal family systems, somatic, existential, and mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapies.
