I have a strong connection to the LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamous communities, though I provide a wide range of mental health and relational therapy services for adults in my practice. I have training in PACT Couples therapy and utilize Brainspotting (similar to EMDR) and Internal Family Systems for individuals. Most of my clients are neurodivergent. I am HAES and kink aligned. I do not take insurance. I can provide you with a superbill for an out of network claim. Fees are $180 for individuals and $220 for couples for 50-minute sessions.
