I currently offer telehealth appointments for individuals, typically lasting 60 minutes. My work tends to focus on healthy communication, cultivating introspection and intuition, and providing a safe space to work through anxieties, insecurities, and fears related to work, relationships, or family. I primarily work with people 18+.
I accept Highmark, UPMC, Cigna, and Optum insurance, and my out of network fees are $140 per 60 minutes.
