My passion is supporting others in their personal transformation and evolution to become their greatest idea of themselves in their life and relationships. I enjoy supporting couples in exploring the strengths and challenges in their unique relationship journey and to support difficult, exciting and sexy conversations to help them evolve into greater trust, safety & pleasure together. Clients who have worked with me have appreciated that I am unique as a therapist due to my balance of being compassionate and direct, curious and real, analytical and playful. I fully support CNM, Kink, and LGBTQIA+ people and I would be honored to meet with you to see if we will work well together. I also look forward to using my training in MDMA therapy and other psychedelics to support couples therapy once legally allowed. As a combat veteran, I understand the impacts of trauma and war on the psyche, soul and relationships. Additionally, I strive to read and seek diverse training in collective trauma and the impacts of systems of white-body supremacy so that I can better serve BIPOC and minority communities in our work in sex & relationship therapy.
