I use an integrative and balanced approach to meet clients and consider the therapeutic relationship to be one of the most important tools we have. I am trained in DBT, trauma therapies, sex therapy, nonmonogamy, kink, PACT and attachment theories. I love to work with people on all the twists and turns that life can present, though I am most passionate about all things relationship. This means sex, monogamy, nonmonogamy, relationship ethics, communication, attachment, attunement, families, friends and sense of self.
