I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and use an IFS informed approach in my therapy (trauma focused). I help my clients (individuals or couples) to explore and understand their own emotions and behaviors so that they can stay open and compassionate towards their partner(s). Imagine conversations about difficult topics without anger - it is possible! I am not a member of the community myself, but I have worked with poly amorous couples. I offer in-person appointments and also virtual Zoom sessions. My languages are English and German.
I do not accept insurance. My fee is $130 per 55 minute session.
