Hello! I am a licensed psychologist that specializes in emotional abuse, family dysfunction, trauma, depression/anxiety, and sexual functioning/wellness. I am very knowledgeable about poly/CNM/ENM as my dissertation was on this population, so needless to say I am affirming.
My therapeutic focus helps clients to better understand and transform their emotional experience by understanding emotions as adaptive. However, I am flexible in my approach and I also use many different evidence-based therapies to ensure a good therapeutic fit.
