My passion is in helping people navigate the intersections of life, from culture and identity, to maternal/postpartum challenges, sexuality and relationship struggles. If you choose to work with me, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, accepted and heard. You can expect empathy, compassion and lighthearted humor in working with me, as we build skills and tools to help you move through life. In a nutshell, I’m culturally inclusive, person-centered and work from a strengths-based, holistic approach. I’m relationally focused and am an intersectional feminist who is LGBTQIA+, kink, and polyam friendly. I speak English and Urdu/Hindi and work with adults (18+)
$150 an hour, with limited sliding scale spots available. I currently do not accept insurance but hope to be paneled with BCBS and Aetna in the near future.
