I am a white, queer, trans and non-binary therapist offering individual therapy for adults that is trauma informed and rooted in a social justice framework. I am experienced in working with polyamory/non-monogamy and BDSM/kink, and I am particularly enthusiastic about providing care to queer, trans, and non-binary folks as well as individuals who are questioning or exploring gender and sexuality. I integrate several types of therapies (somatic or body-based, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral) and tailor my approach to be most effective for each client. I provide exclusively telehealth (online) therapy to people living in Washington state.
I am out of network with insurance, but offer superbills for reimbursement, and I have limited sliding scale availability.
