My mission is to provide support and guidance for people in non-traditional relationships, whether that’s polyamorous, non-monogamous, swingers, relationship anarchists, or just interested in exploring what might be right for you. I’m sex and kink-positive, LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming, and passionate about helping people.
My approach to coaching focuses on empowering you with knowledge, skills, and tools, working with you to set and achieve your own goals, and helping you stay accountable.
In our sessions I will draw on my extensive personal experience over many years, as well as my training in non-violent communication, facilitation, process work, and attachment theory. And most of all, I work to listen, and create a safe, nurturing, and non-judgemental space for you to explore this part of who you are.
