I support couples and relationships who want to understand one another more deeply, reconnect, and explore new ways of relating when familiar patterns have become difficult to move through.
I have more than a decade of experience in counselling and relationship work, with particular experience supporting polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships, queer and trans people, kink/BDSM communities, interracial and intercultural couples, disabled and neurodivergent people, immigrants and internationals, and relationships that do not fit neatly into traditional models.
My current work explores relationships as living ecosystems. Rather than locating the problem entirely within one partner, I help people become curious about the wider landscape of their relationship: the different histories and perspectives they bring, inherited relationship maps, patterns of conflict and care, outside pressures, power and resources, missing supports, and the conditions that help connection and reciprocity grow.
My approach is warm, collaborative, gentle, sex-positive, and nonjudgmental. I do not assume monogamy or any single model of a healthy relationship. I particularly enjoy working with people who have already done significant personal growth or therapy and still find themselves getting caught in familiar relational patterns.
Services include private couples support, relationship coaching/counselling, guided relationship courses and packages, and experiential couples workshops. Sessions are available in English, online and in person in Oslo.
