Katie Borofka

As a queer cis woman with personal experience navigating nonmonogamy and polyamory, I aim to serve my community. I focus on serving sexual minority communities, including LGBTQ, nonmonogamous/polyamorous, and kinky folx; sex workers; and survivors of sexual and relational trauma. I also offer work supporting folks in their healing process around their bodies, eating, movement, and relationship to satisfaction and pleasure. At Quest Center, I can see folx 18+ who are on Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid), Medicare, or have private insurance for individual therapy. In my private practice, I focus on sex therapy issues with individuals and couples. Please see my website for rates and insurances accepted. Most of my clients are struggling with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize narrative therapy, feminist therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, parts work, family systems approaches, and EMDR to help clients find new ways of thinking about themselves and challenges they face in their lives.
