I specialize in addressing concerns related to intimacy, communication, infidelity, sexuality, gender identity, non-monogamy and fostering healthy relationships. Some modalities I use in therapy include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Therapy, mindfulness based practices, and a Narrative Therapy and Attachment-based framework. My work is sex positive, anti-racist, intersectional, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
