Michael Jeske

I am a psychotherapist who centers my work on supporting those within the LGBTQIA+ community. More specifically, I have training in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, isolation, gender dysphoria, identity confusion, and substance abuse. I also have experience working with folx navigating non-monogamy, polyamory, kink/BDSM, and other non-traditional relationship styles. The population I typically work with includes teenagers (18 and up) and adults. I strive to build therapeutic relationships based in safety, security, authenticity, and trust. There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. My main focus is on your strengths, accomplishments, and how I can help you see them. I believe that clients hold the right to self-determination and are the experts in building and setting their goals in therapy. In our work together, you will notice that I center my work in client empowerment, social justice, and anti-racism and will incorporate all aspects of this into our sessions.
