I am an LGBTQ+ affirming, kink and body positive therapist, and am passionate about supporting and guiding people through crises of faith and difficult family dynamics that often emerge during exploration of sexual, gender, and relationship identities. I believe all human beings inherently possess the ability to heal and grow, and that psychotherapy is simply guidance for that process. I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services for adolescents, adults, and a variety of relationship structures. I am in-network with BCBS PPOs, Aetna PPOs, Cigna PPOs, and Medicare insurance plans, and offer self-pay and out-of-network services as well. I am currently seeing clients via telehealth and in person.
