Del Phoenix-Wilcox (They/He)

Associate clinical social worker
I am an associate clinical social worker (#98296) working under the supervision of Heather Woodford, LCSW #86979. I hold an MSW with a background in Adult Mental Health and Wellness focusing on LGBTQIAP+ community and trauma and a BA in Sociology with a focus on Gender and LGBTQIAP+ studies.

I serve people ages 12 and up. Whether you are in a major life transition or struggling with identity issues, past trauma, or emotional upheaval, therapy can be useful in clarifying your goals and shaping your future. You are the author of your story and you have the ultimate say in what you want and how you want to achieve it.

My practice is primarily Narrative therapy based, though I use an eclectic approach tailored to your needs. I specialize in the use of expressive arts, holistic, and mindfulness practices and working with LGBTQIA+, Trauma Recovery, and Living with Disabilities. My focus is on affirming your identity, your goals, and your story. I also provide gender affirmation surgery letter assessments.

I also provide Gender diversity training and consultation for Community Organizations, Advocacy programs, Businesses, Schools, and Clinicians. Workshops and groups covering Safe and Sane Sexuality practices including Communication skills, Ethical Non-Monogamy, Kink, and other Alternative Relationships.
