I have a great respect for those who seek to improve their quality of life. My life’s work is dedicated to help facilitate that process and help collaborate to create clarity. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I work and have experience with a wide variety of situations and life issues; including but not limited to depression, anxiety, transitions, burnout, relationship dynamics, and more. Specialties of mine include premarital counseling, young adult/college age concerns & transitions, EMDR, grief, consensual non monogamy, and non traditional relationships.

I believe in the work I do and the healing power of therapy. I also understand how important it is to be truly understood by your therapist and the problem we face with the lack of representation in the field for poly friendly professionals. I fully support couples whether they are monogamous or non monogamous. If there is something my client is experience that I am not experienced in, I do my best to further my education and make sure that my practice is a safe space and all are welcomed.
