Candice Craft

I specialize in offering care for individuals, couples and 2+ partnerships who by nature or by trade are helpers, teachers, caregivers or first responders. I have a special interest in supporting those who are highly sensitive/intuitive and may harbor the stress of their day to day work. I deeply believe that each person’s story matters, and for those of us who primarily care for others, our own experience of stressful events is often deprioritized and buried in the confines of our being. Together, we will hold and honor those experiences and develop tools & practices to process where they may reside in your mind, nervous system and somatic space. Tools I utilize to support you in processing include Brainspotting, Energy Psychology, IFS and Mindfulness-Based Practice. This is a non-judgmental space. All parts of you and your lived experience are welcome here.
