I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor 11122 in NC and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist 21938 in NC
My practice specializes in relationships and connections. I help those 18+ struggling through traumas, addictions, and sex/intimacy concerns to have more fulfilling and lasting relationships - with themselves or others. I utilize a variety of evidenced-based modalities in my services, namely the Gottmans Method, Solution Focused, TF-CBT, Compassion Focused, EFT, and pull from humanistic/existential theories.
I’m OON, fees from $200-$250, and I do accept a few clients on a reduced fee agreement based on need.
