My therapy work focuses on men, couples, identity/values, and anxiety/depression. I use humor and collaboration throughout my therapy practice to help my clients reach their goals. I adapt to the needs and personalities of my clients, whether it’s saying it like it is and/or slowing down to hold space for big emotions. I am BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, kink, sex work, and poly friendly. I do private pay in South Minneapolis, but also offer telehealth.
