I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ teens and adults, trauma processing, depression, anxiety, grief, DID, PTSD, and with relationship and family issues. I work with individuals 12+. I am a very relational therapist, meaning I will pull from different theories to fit your needs and situation. These theories include but are not limited to DBT, CBT, Feminist Empowerment, Narrative, Humanistic, and Systemic. I am English monolingual.
I am currently pending insurance paneling, so am working from an out of pocket capacity. I have a sliding scale option starting at 70$ per hour going up to 100$.
