Life and relationships are challenging, so much so that an entire industry of self-help books can’t seem to find the right answers for everybody. Sometimes it reaches a point where a more tailored approach is needed to find what has got you stuck. My goal is to offer reflection, support, and a safe place to explore your path forward.
The core of my therapeutic approach is connection. I strive to create an accepting, and attuned space for my clients, no matter where they are in their journey. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Theory, and post-modern theories which examine our larger cultural stories and values. I am always continuing my training in the models I practice, believing that one has never “arrived” at being a helper.
I work with adult individuals and couples of all identities. I believe in taking a social justice oriented approach to advocate for positive change at both the individual and systemic levels. I am Poly-informed and Kink-knowledgeable. All my work is done in English, and I have options for virtual sessions or in-person sessions located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle.
