I am a poly, queer, cis-female therapist providing individual and couples therapy online and in person and am passionate about working with poly, non-monogamy, 2SLGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, relational intelligence, trauma, grief and loss, burnout and moral injury, and parenting. I am trained in EFT, Gottman L1/L2, and Somatic Experiencing, and include attachment, self compassion, and relational intelligence in much of my work. I believe in, and have been witness to, the inherent human capacity for resilience, deep healing and growth. I believe that we heal best when in relationship with another and that the therapeutic relationship allows for the experience of attunement, gentle care and compassion, and carves out a space to truly come to know and understand oneself. Individual sessions are $150. Couples sessions $170.
