Relationship/Parenting Coach and IFS Practitioner

I am a certified Integral Coach. I am Level 2 trained in the Internal Family Systems Model including the intimate relationship support model, Intimacy From the Inside Out. I am a certified Course Facilitator from the Neufeld Institute (parenting courses from a developmental psychology lens).
I use the Internal Family Systems therapeutic model to support individuals and pairs (occasionally more than two people) to work through personal and relationship blocks and challenges. I only work in English and offer afternoon and evening hours to all US time zones. Email is my preferred form of contact.
Sessions are 60 or 75 minutes (one/more people) and my regular fee is $120/150. I have a sliding scale so please ask. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to see if it feels like a fit on both sides. Please see my website for more details.
