I work with individuals struggling with all areas of mental health. My focus is on the LGBTQ+ community and providing a sex positive therapy environment. Unfortunately there is a lot of judgment related to sexuality and polyamory. I want to help challenge that stigma. I have a background in several therapy styles and I am eager to work with you on meeting your goals. I use a strengths based approach mixed with Cognitive Behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
Session fee $150 sliding scale available. I take Aetna, Cigna and some BCBS plans.
