I provide individual and relationship counseling in English to people across the poly/CNM spectrum. I use art therapy, somatic approaches, mindfulness, and Adlerian psychology. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ people, those affected by chronic illness and acquired disability, addiction, those who have trauma, perfectionism, codependency, and/or anxiety. I work with adults over 25.
My fees are $150 for individual sessions and $180 for couples or more. I do not take insurance but you can pay for therapy using your HSA or FSA card.
