My life’s purpose is to embolden joy. I have a client-centered, strengths-based approach and I endeavors to center those with resilient identities (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, etc.) in my work.
My specialties include working with kinky and non-monogamous individuals and couples, substance use challenges from a harm reduction perspective, psychedelic integration therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (Level 1 Trained).
I offer virtual sessions in Michigan and Colorado. For clients in Michigan, I can accept a wide variety of commercial, medicare, and medicaid insurance plans. I also offer a sliding scale option for people in Michigan and in Colorado.
