Megan Matulka

Hello there. My name is Megan Matulka and I am a compassionate advocate for mental health and LGBTQIA+ community. I am licensed in Iowa and Nebraska, a certified HeartMath provider, trained in Trauma Informed Care I & II, and DBT. Through my experience I have worked with teenagers, adults, and couples (CNM and mono). My specialty populations include LGBTQIA+, gender and sexuality, stress, anxiety, depression, anger, substance use, and codependency/ boundary concerns.

My primary passion is helping the LGBTQ+ community. This ranges from support for those questioning, curious, or struggling with identity and related changes for themselves or their family members to assessment/letters of support for HRT/Surgical interventions in accordance to WPATH standards of care.
