I am a somatic psychotherapist in practice part-time in Hillsborough, NC and via telehealth. My great professional love is Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, which I teach as a trainer for Hakomi Institute in the US, Europe, and worldwide via ZOOM. I am passionate about helping people gently and mindfully explore who and how they are in their lives through accessing the body’s wisdom.
