I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, I see clients virtually and in person. My office is in Seal Beach my specialty is sex therapy, Trauma (which I prefer to use ART to treat), AHD, Neurodivergence, Identity, LGBTQ+, and Anxiety. I am bilingual in English and Vietnamese, the populations I serve are clients who are high achievers and have difficulty managing their life or relationships with others. People who struggle with their cultural, personal, sexual, or gender identity, and people wanting to explore, normalize, or accept parts of themselves they may not fully understand or want to work past the trauma behind it.
50-Minute session - $200. 90-Minute session (for Trauma) - 275. Sliding scale ranges between $150- $175. Virtual or In person. Insurance: Aetna, Optum, UHC, OOn, PPO, Private pay. If I do not take your insurance I can provide a superbill. I have also partnered with Mentaya to help clients save money on therapy.
