I serve adult LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous people with a special focus on childhood family violence, adult children of immigrants, and body-based expressions of mental health (ex. anxiety, C-PTSD, chronic depression). I believe our bodies communicate with us through our physical sensations and see part of my work as a deep exploration and honoring of the body. I speak and provide sessions in Spanish as well.
