Masters in Social Work from Columbia University. Doctorate in Counseling and Clincial Education from HUC-JIR (dissertation and research on meeting the counseling needs of Alternative Relationhships). I am professor of Sex, Sexuality, Gender and Relationships at One Spirit Seminary where I train clergy in providing affirming counseling. I served as the Director of Behavioral Health at Interfaith Hospital in Brooklyn, NY and Clinical Director of the National Jewish Council for Disabilities.
