I’d be honored to help you deepen your understanding of your relationships, thoughts, behaviors and self. I offer a warm and curious space to my patients and work to support each patient I work with in locating their unique perspective, needs and wants.

I facilitate collaborative, engaged, anti-oppressive psychotherapy with individuals, couples and those in relationships. Therapy with me recognizes the impact and importance of what happens in both the outside world and your own interior emotional world.

I’m a big believer in the idea that shifting perspective – whether through a deeper understanding of ourselves or learning new ways of being in the world and with other people – can open up and change our realities. I work from my own lived, embodied experiences, and will seek a deep understanding of yours to guide and inform our work together.
