Hi there, I’m Katherine (she/her), a poly- and queer-affirming therapist providing virtual therapy for individuals, couples, partners, and polycules across Louisiana, South Carolina, Minnesota, Ohio, and Delaware. I specialize in working with polyamorous, open, and ethically non-monogamous (ENM/CNM) relationships.
Whether you’ve been practicing ENM for years or are just beginning to explore, you’re welcome here.
I can help you open relationships, improve communication, navigate jealousy, set boundaries, build trust, work through conflict, manage metamour relationships, and figure out what kind of relationship structure works best for you. Sessions are nonjudgmental and tailored to your relationships and goals. You won’t have to explain or defend your relationships in therapy.
My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, sex-positive, and kink-affirming. I believe there isn’t one “right” way to do relationships, only the way that works best for you and the people you love.
Together, we’ll build stronger communication, healthier boundaries, and deeper emotional safety so your relationships can feel more connected, joyful, and fulfilling. Therapy with me is warm, direct, practical, and real, with the occasional RuPaul reference and dad joke.
