I’m Linh (they), and I work with QT/BIPOC adults. As part of these communities, you might feel anxious and on edge a lot of times. You might be unsure about where you belong or what you need. You might have spent years masking and catering to others that you struggle to understand yourself. You might carry familial expectations on your back and feel caught among cultures. You might feel anxious and out of control when emotions arise. I see you trying your best and am here to support you.
I will make room for you to reimagine a life with hope, care, and joy. My practice is anti-oppressive, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ celebrating. I incorporate IFS/parts work, guided imagery, and somatic practices to gain understanding of your experiences and find answers to your concerns. My identities as a bilingual Vietnamese-Teochew immigrant and a queer, gender nonconforming, neurodivergent person inform how I make sense of the world as well as how I approach therapy.
I OFFER VIRTUAL THERAPY SESSIONS FOR CLIENTS RESIDING IN WASHINGTON STATE (USA)
