I work to meet people where they are and help them to unravel psychological problems that are negatively impacting their lives. I utilize a collaborative approach to therapy where I’ll explain what we’re doing and why so that we can engage in the process together. My goal is to help people to get back on the path towards happiness and living as well as they can.
I specialize in sex and sexuality related disorders (such as “sex addiction,” sexual abuse, or performance anxiety), trauma and stress related disorders (such as PTSD) from a variety of causes (rape, car accident, injury), mood disorders (such as Anxiety and Depression), and relationship and couples' issues (such as affairs and relationship conflict).
