MA in Pastoral Counseling from Safe Harbor Institute, certified Prepare/Enrich couple’s counseling facilitator, in progress CSTIP certification (certified sex therapy informed professional), trained in EMDR as well.
Individual and couple (or poly group) counseling. Primary therapeutic methods include somatic, IFS, emdr, inner child work and mindfulness-based CBT. Population served: primarily individuals struggling with relationship anxiety, low sexual desire, sexual and religious questioning, and navigating queer and/or poly relationship structures.
$150 individual, $165 couples, $175 group poly (more than two) sessions 50 minutes , do not accept insurance, but do provide superbills and accept HSA.
