I offer therapy for individuals and relationships. I help create minds benefit from the science of love! I weave together contemplative, somatic, emotionally focused, and attachment based therapies. I am affirmative of LBGTQ+, BIPOC, sex workers, CNM, spirituality, and psychedelic use. I help clients heal from attachment injuries and trauma, reduce anxiety, gain emotional skillfulness, increase self-esteem, and foster secure attachment bonds.
My fee for individual therapy is $125/55min. For relationship therapy, $150/55min, $180/85min.
