My therapy practice provides a place of safety and acceptance in which to discover and share your authentic self. I focus on therapy for adult individuals in relationships of all configurations. My practice is inclusive of LGBTQA+ individuals, poly/open relationships, is kink-friendly and sex-positive. While I see clients for a variety of issues they are facing, some specific areas I work with frequently are life/career/relationship transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, spirituality, sexuality, and self-esteem. Services offered in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
