I earned my MSW from the University of New Hampshire and graduated in May of 2016. I am a licensed clinical social worker in New Hampshire (license number 2141) and Maine (license number LC20479)
I offer telehealth individual therapy sessions to adults in New Hampshire and Maine. I have over six years of experience providing individual therapy in a private practice setting. I treat anxiety and panic attacks, depression, OCD, ADHD, life transitions/adjustments, and trauma. I also have experience treating substance use disorders from my post graduate background of working in a substance use intensive outpatient setting. I can offer support to individuals coping with substance use disorders as well as family members impacted by their loved one’s substance use patterns. I am a trauma informed therapist and am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, communication skill strategies, and mindfulness techniques. English is my only spoken language.
$200 for the initial intake assessment, $150 for 60 minute follow up appointments, $112.50 for 45 minute follow up appointments, $75 for 30 minute follow up appointments. I do offer a sliding scale through the Open Path Collective platform which I am an affiliated provider of. I am not in network with any insurance companies. I can provide a superbill to clients looking to submit documentation to their insurance for possible out of network reimbursement.
