Most of the people I work with are thoughtful and emotionally aware. They’ve read the books. They’ve done the reflection. And still — something keeps repeating, with partners, metamours, or within themselves.
Therapy with me goes beneath that. We work with the patterns, histories, and emotional logic underneath what keeps showing up — anxious attachment in a polycule, jealousy that doesn’t quiet with reassurance, recurring conflict around time or agreements, NRE collisions, grief from a breakup or hinge-partner strain, or the deeper question of what kind of relationships actually fit you now. Alongside relational work, I see adults for anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and questions of gender, sexuality, or relationship orientation.
Poly, ENM, and open structures are part of my everyday practice — not a specialty added on. LGBTQIA2+ identities are affirmed as a given, not a selling point. I work from a feminist, liberation-focused lens: distress is often a reasonable response to harmful systems, not a personal failing. I’m honest and direct with care, and I won’t perform reassurance I don’t mean.
Individuals, couples, triads, and larger configurations are all welcome. Sessions are virtual and available throughout New York State.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. I aim to make the first step simple.
