Hi, I’m Christy! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, dually licensed in Florida, and licensed as an LMFT in Colorado, Texas, New Jersey, and Missouri. I hold a Master of Science in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University, and I’ve been in practice since 2018.
I specialize in supporting folks from the ENM/polyamorous, kink, and LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as survivors of complex trauma. My work is grounded in creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your truth, reclaim your story, and move toward healing—on your own terms.
I’m proudly poly/kink/sex worker allied and deeply committed to offering care that is decolonial, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Therapy with me centers your wisdom, your agency, and your identity. I’m not here to “fix” you—I’m here to walk with you.
