I offer therapy for couples, polycules, and individuals looking to strengthen connection, improve communication, or navigate transitions in their relationships. I specialize in supporting:

Ethical non-monogamy/polyamory
Neurodivergent couples
Cancer/chronic illness-related intimacy barriers
Conscious uncoupling and relational discernment

My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy.

I provide services in English.

I currently serve adults (18+) of all genders and identities.

My fee for couples therapy is $250 per 50-minute session. I am private pay only, but I do provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Sessions are available in person in the Greater Seattle area and via telehealth throughout Washington State.
