I provide telehealth therapy for adults across California, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. I offer culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming care and work with individuals, couples, and nontraditional relationship structures including polyamorous and open relationships. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in respect for your chosen values and relational identities.

Individual therapy: $275 per session. Couples therapy: $325 per session. More than two clients (e.g., triads or polycules): $375 per session. I do not accept insurance but can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
